Part 1 — Escape the detention area
Jack begins in Monarch custody, but Beth Wilder has a plan.
Follow Beth through the detention area until a Monarch guard begins closing a security door.
Jack unlocks Time Rush.
Use Time Rush to pass beneath the closing door. Continue through the escape sequence, then use the wall control to open the next security door and rush through before it closes.
Meanwhile…
COD Guide: “Hold on. What’s Time Rush?”
Us: “Jack moves incredibly fast while manipulating time.”
COD Guide: “YOU GAVE HIM ANOTHER TIME POWER?!”
Us: “Technically, the game did.”
COD Guide: “I DON’T CARE WHO DID IT!”
COD Guide Anger Level: 10/10 — CRITICAL
Part 2 — The cannon and first collectibles
After leaving detention, continue toward the coastal defenses.
Collectible 1/28 — Chronon Source 1/8
After disabling the first security turret, face its rear. Take the stairs on the left and activate Time Vision at the top to locate the source.
Collectible 2/28 — Gull Island Sign
After the next encounter, find the old cannon emplacement. Examine the sign on the circular metal mounting that supports the cannon.
Collectible 3/28 — Chronon Source 2/8
Restore the cannon using the nearby Time Trigger. Climb toward the back of the cannon, jump onto the ledge to its right, and follow that concrete ledge around to the source.
Collectible 4/28 — Chronon Source 3/8
After passing the cannon, look for stairs descending to the left of the gate. Follow them down and collect the source before moving farther toward the radio tower.
Locations cross-checked against the Act 3 collectible walkthrough.

TIME CHECK — Reconstructing the cannon
COD Guide: “You restored an entire cannon using time manipulation?”
Us: “Only for a few seconds.”
COD Guide: “NOTHING GOOD HAPPENS WHEN YOU MESS WITH TIME!”
Us: “It’s helping us get collectibles.”
COD Guide: “THAT’S NOT A DEFENSE!”
Part 3 — The radio tower
Follow the path through the guard booth toward the helicopter landing area.
Collectible 5/28 — Theresa Sedmak Riverport Radio Show
Inside the small guard booth, activate the radio. This is the PR-route version of the radio collectible.
Collectible 6/28 — Chronon Source 4/8
At the helicopter landing pad, search near the parked helicopter and use Time Vision to identify the source.
Collectible 7/28 — Chronon Source 5/8
Before entering the radio-tower building, take the stairs down to the right. Follow them to the lower concrete area near the tower’s base.
Collectible 8/28 — Speech and Quantum Ripple
Enter the radio-tower building. The gala speech becomes available as a narrative collectible. Check the monitor along the left corridor, then activate the laptop beside it to trigger Stream the Speech, the chapter’s only Quantum Ripple.
The speaker depends on your Junction 2 choice: Paul Serene for Business or Martin Hatch for Personal.

COD Guide: “So we’re changing the future by streaming a speech?”
Us: “Apparently.”

Part 4 — Enter the research facility
Take the elevator down. A Stutter interrupts the ride.
Once Jack can move again, exit the damaged elevator.
Collectible 9/28 — Research and Development Facility
Examine the large facility map/poster on the wall behind the first Monarch guard.
Collectible 10/28 — Chronon Source 6/8
Use Time Stop to pass through the unstable doors. Continue forward, take the corridor to the right, and look along the left wall before entering the laboratory.
The Chronon Dampener
You’ll encounter equipment that suppresses Jack’s temporal powers.
Find the control and disable the dampener.
Before leaving the laboratory, collect both items:
Collectible 11/28 — The Lifeboat Protocol: Read the laptop on the laboratory counter.
Collectible 12/28 — Shifter Presentation: Examine the whiteboard near the laboratory entrance.
COD Guide: “Wait. That machine stops Jack from messing with time?”
Us: “Yes.”
COD Guide: “FINALLY! LEAVE IT ON!”
Us: “We already turned it off.”
COD Guide: “WHY DO I EVEN WATCH THIS?!”
Part 5 — Through the laboratories
Exit the dampener laboratory and use Time Stop to pass through the next unstable door.
Proceed into the large laboratory area.
Collectible 13/28 — Monarch Technology Timeline
After the encounter with the harness-equipped Monarch personnel, examine the large timeline display on the wall.
Collectible 14/28 — Chronon Source 7/8
Before leaving this area, take the nearby corridor to its far end. Activate Time Vision to reveal the source.
The moving platform puzzle
Eventually you’ll enter a large chamber with suspended industrial platforms.
Use the Time Trigger to rewind the overhead lift. Board it while it’s lowered, then move onto the white walkway.
Follow the walkways, jumping across the gaps and using the suspended platforms to reach the opposite side.
Continue through the closing doors using Time Stop.
You’ll eventually arrive at Monarch’s office area.

Go through the chamber and descend into the locker area.
Collectible 27/28 — Chronon Source 8/8
Head toward the lockers at the rear. Move into the narrow corridor behind the back row of lockers and activate Time Vision.
Collect the final Chronon Source.
Collectible 28/28 — Final narrative-object check
The chapter has 28 total collectible entries, but the available location guides group the radio-tower speech and its adjacent laptop interaction differently. Before exiting, check your in-game Timeline rather than assuming the count is complete from the numbering above. If one narrative object is missing, review the radio-tower speech monitor and the earlier office entries using chapter replay.
